1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations: All flights must be booked in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for day trips.
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
  • Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please retain your booking confirmation for check-in.

2. Passenger Requirements

  • Identification: All passengers must present valid identification matching the booking details at check-in.
  • Weight Limits: Helicopters have strict weight limitations. Passengers exceeding weight limits may be required to upgrade to a larger helicopter at an additional cost.
  • Baggage: Due to space constraints, baggage is limited. Excess baggage may incur additional charges or require rescheduling.

3. Safety & Conduct

  • Safety Briefing: A mandatory safety briefing will be provided before each flight. Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions.
  • Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave responsibly. Disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service without refund.

4. Weather & Operational Conditions

  • Weather Conditions: Flights are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to adverse weather.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Passenger Cancellations:
    • More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
    • Less than 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
    • Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No refund.
  • Company Cancellations: If we cancel a flight due to weather or operational reasons, a full refund will be provided.
  • Third-Party Bookings: For bookings made through third-party agents, please refer to their cancellation policies.

6. Liability

  • Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
  • Insurance: Travel and cancellation insurance is recommended. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen events.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal Information: We collect personal information to process bookings and enhance your experience. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
  • Cookies: Our website uses cookies to improve user experience. By using our site, you consent to our use of cookies.

8. Acceptance of Terms
